1. Who we are

This policy covers the apps and websites published by CloudM Produktion ("we", "us"). It explains what information our apps handle, why, and what choices you have. Each app has its own section below, because each app works differently.

2. Our principles

• We collect only what an app needs to work.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We keep data only for as long as it is needed.

3. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

4. GhostChat

GhostChat is a private one-to-one chat app for Android. It is built to keep as little data as possible.

Messages

Messages are deleted for both people 15 minutes after they are read. Once deleted, we cannot recover them.

Photos

When you send a photo, GhostChat removes its metadata (such as location and camera details) before it is sent. Photos are deleted together with the messages they belong to.

Voice calls

Voice calls are used only to connect you with the person you are calling. We do not record calls.

App lock

Your 6-digit app lock code is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.

Notifications

GhostChat uses push notifications to tell you when a new message arrives. Notifications are designed not to show message content.

Permissions

• Microphone: used only during voice calls.
• Photos / storage: used only when you choose a photo to send.
• Notifications: used to tell you about new messages.

You can turn off any permission at any time in your Android settings.

5. Our websites

Our websites, including cloudm.one, do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of the request. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or limit how it is used, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our apps change. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the affected app.
